Exhibit 01 · Releasing soon

Owed.

Know who owes you — at a glance.

Owed is a dead-simple board for freelancers and anyone who invoices by hand. Add a job, mark it sent when you send it, mark it paid when the money lands — and always know what you are still waiting on.

Owed — the board: a waiting-on total, draft jobs, a late job flagged, and paid work

What it does

One job, done well.

The board. Three columns — Drafts, Sent, Paid — with live totals per column. Overdue jobs are flagged and sorted to the top, with days late at a glance.

Chase without the awkward. Tap chase to open a pre-filled email draft in your own mail app — friendly, neutral, or firm. Every nudge is logged on the job. Owed never sends email for you.

Per-client balances. See who is behind, client by client — no spreadsheet gymnastics required.

Numbers when you need them. Income reports by month, by client, and by currency. Export a CSV for your accountant.

Backup you own. Everything backs up to a single JSON file — or, with a tap, to your own iCloud (iPhone) or Google Drive (Android). Restore it on a new device whenever you like.

On-device by default. No account, no sign-up, no Owed server. Your data stays on your phone unless you act — share a file, send an email, or run the optional backup to your own cloud. Nothing ever happens by itself.

Honesty

What Owed doesn’t do.

It doesn’t move money. Owed tracks what’s owed — payments themselves happen wherever you and your client agree.

It isn’t accounting or invoicing software. No tax math, no formal invoices — just a clear ledger of jobs and payments.

It never sends email for you. Chase opens a draft in your own mail app; you always press send.

Owed is free. No ads, no subscription, no IAP.
